Use Belbin Team Roles to help progress your career
Even if you work in an organisation that does not use Belbin, you can still buy your own Belbin Report. You'll benefit by finding out about your strengths and where you could be adding value to any team or organisation you might be joining. The information contained in a Belbin Report can be used to help you take control of, and progress, your career.
The Belbin Individual Reports are easy to use, with page-by-page personal guidance and advice. Some of this content should be used by you to better understand and manage your own behaviour, while other parts of it are useful to share with your line managers, or in job applications, so that they will be aware of how best to place you within their teams.
Including extracts from your Belbin Reports on job applications and in interviews will help you to stand out from the other candidates.

Belbin Reports are easy to generate
A Belbin Individual Report will identify which combination of the nine Team Roles you exhibit. A report costs just £42 inc VAT.
Completed online, the Reports are easy to set up and generate. Your Belbin Report can be ordered online and generated within minutes. All you need to do is complete a quick questionnaire that takes no more than 20 minutes. Your personalised Report will be emailed back to you.
This Report will be based on your own perceptions of yourself. We do also offer you the chance to ask up to six colleagues, if appropriate to do so, to complete a very short questionnaire about you. (We call this the Observer Assessments and it takes them around five minutes.) The information gathered from your colleagues is combined with your own self-assessment to generate a more complete 360-degree Report. We believe in the power of Observer Assessments so much that we include them for free when you buy your Report.
Understanding the differences in how others see you - compared to how you see yourself - will allow you to become more self-aware, and to adjust your behaviour accordingly.
The Belbin Report
Your Belbin Report will identify which of the nine Belbin Team Role behaviours you prefer, and which you prefer to avoid. This information is useful to both you and your employers and will help you to be placed in roles that play to your key strengths and avoid those where you would be less comfortable.
