Belbin accreditation is recommended for anyone who uses – or wants to use – Belbin Team Roles as part of their training toolkit.
Whether you're an HR, L&D or training professional, or an independent facilitator, coach or management consultant, Belbin accredited certification – online or face-to-face – will give you a solid grounding in Belbin theory, and confidence in delivering report feedback and team workshops.
Belbin accreditation has a whole host of benefits.
You'll discover that there is more to Belbin than just nine Team Roles. We'll cover Team Role theory in depth, including the characteristics of each role, Team Role combinations, observer feedback, team overviews, job analysis and much more. The course material will stand you in good stead when fielding questions from the more demanding course delegate!
Wherever your career takes you, your Belbin accreditation stays with you, so it's a real investment in your future. Upon passing the accreditation test, you'll be sent a certificate signed by your trainer and Dr Meredith Belbin, and given access to an exclusive logo (subject to terms and conditions).
Our Belbin accredited community enjoys exclusive access to an 'Accredited Only' area on our website, which includes the resources you need to start using Belbin with your people, our latest offers and a shop for purchasing discounted products and services.
And the Belbin team are only ever a phone call away. If you have any questions about report feedback, are looking for session ideas or need help with where to click, please get in touch. We're here to help and always happy to hear from you.
